I have been using this rig for 2 years now and have retired my other bbq. With a good lighter i can have this thing ready for steaks or burgers in about 15 min.I have done 2-15lb shoulders for 18hrs straight with out refuling, to cold smoked cheese. This unit is so versatile and easy to use, and you will be praised every time you feed your family and guests smoky, tender and juicy steaks, chicken and fish.
