BIG GREEN EGG CHARCOAL

Just as a person of good taste would never drop a Hemi into a 1989 Camaro, you’d never put Brand X Charcoal into your Big Green Egg. Nor into your medium, small or mini green egg either. In fact, according to the GGOS (Great God of Smoke), it would be sacrilegious to do so. It’s kind of like the 11^th commandment, eh.

 Big Green Egg charcoal contains only 100% organic American oak and hickory “ultra premium” hardwood. Eggers will tell you that you can literally see — and taste — the difference immediately. So how could you cook with anything else?
