Thank you for your help when I was in the store... BBQ's Galore is still one of my favourite stores in Burlington!

My wife and I just want to say thanks for your help and your team's. We visited your amazing store on Saturday and spoke to Kent. We told him our budget, cooking requirements, needs, and that we wanted to upgrade from our 1998 Coleman [aka Char-Broil] Powerhouse 45, and he aimed us at our other options. After doing Kent's BBQ101 and looking at Broil Kings/Webers, we felt the Napoleon Prestige 1 P450RB with the infrared side burner was the one for us.

We just wanted to thank you and Kent for a great sales experience - Kent knows his stuff, is funny and even though I am the main bbq'er in our house, spoke to my wife just as much as me, if not more, which she liked; far too often the sales person just talks to the man!

Please pass on our thanks to Kent. We are getting the unit assembled by you guys and delivered this upcoming Saturday. We'll be back for accessories [rubs, sauces,charcoal, etc.] in the near future.

Just a note to say thank you for the BBQ gift basket that I picked up yesterday. I rarely win anything in a draw so it was a very nice surprise. Encouraging customers in this manner is a great idea. The person(s) who organized this deserves a compliment.

I just recently had two fireplace inserts installed in my house by your company. I am very happy with the product, but I wanted to mention something in addition. The fellow that did the installs, was Gilles. He not only did an excellent job of installation but was friendly, efficient and just a treat to work with. He made sure we knew all of the details about our new fireplace, and also made sure that if we had any issues to make sure to call him. It’s not easy to find that kind of customer service these days.

Congratulations to him and your company. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone interested in purchasing a new fireplace.

I wanted to thank everyone at Barbecues Galore for such exceptional service. I had bought the Broil King Signet 20 from you as a surprise anniversary gift for my Mom and Dad. I want to thank Kim for helping me initially in picking out the barbeque and helping to supply all of the add-ons that I needed. Thanks to Gordon for assembling it for me so quickly; that would have taken me half of a day. Thank you to Deborah, Charlene and Shane for being so helpful and squeezing my delivery into a very tight schedule. And thank you to Rob and his co-worker, whose name I didn't get, for delivering it to my Mom and Dad's house on Friday. I was so impressed when I got to my Mom and Dad's house to find that not only had the bbq been delivered, but hooked up and running. I am very appreciative as well that you removed his old barbeque.

I recently bought a BBQ and had a scheduled delivery for Friday May 18th.The delivery fellows somehow didn't have my cell number so we missed each other and my delivery was going to have to be moved to Friday May 25th. We were quite disappointed as we have this week off for vacation and were looking forward to enjoying the new BBQ. I just wanted to thank Sonya for making other arrangements and a special Thank-you to Ashley who took his personal time after work Saturday evening to make a special delivery and install the BBQ.Thanks very much. Great customer service!

From a customers point of view.... Keep doing just what you are doing at your location.... you folks foster the chemistry that makes first of all coming to an outlet a real pleasure. More important the people who are at the location, we as a customer can sense the fact that they enjoy, and want to be there what a great store.... (Knowledge Galore)!!
